Chinese hot pot has been shaped and influenced by over 1,000 years of history. This cooking style is also known as Mongolian hot pot; however it is unclear whether or not hot pot actually originates in Mongolia. It is beleived that Mongol warriors would cook and boil food in their helmets. Now of course we at Fusion Fire Asian Fondue & Sushi Bar do not cook in Mongolian helmets, but we do recognize that Hotpot (Fondue) and Sushi Chinese Thai are very popular cusine found locally in every metropolitan Chinese city and we decided to bring it to central Pennsylvania.
